Holsen began his real estate journey in 2006, a time when the market was vibrant with growth and presales, still relatively unknown to many, were gaining more momentum and popularity. Through the challenges of the Great Recession from 2007 to 2009 and, more recently, the COVID-19 pandemic, Holsen has consistently thrived, proving that resilience and adaptability are key in the industry.

He launched his career with Rennie & Associates Realty, where he focused on project sales, honing invaluable skills, and gaining insights directly from influential team members, trusted developers, and industry leaders, including Bob Rennie.

Since then, Holsen has served a diverse range of clients—from out-of-province first-time home buyers to savvy investors —garnering prestigious industry awards along the way. Known for his personable approach, Holsen listens carefully to each client's needs, wants, and concerns, always making himself available and prioritizing timely communication to ensure they are fully informed every step of the way.

As an outdoor enthusiast with a wonderful wife and two amazing children, it’s not unusual to find him hiking the trails around Whistler or taking a peaceful nap in a canoe on Deer Lake.
